What is the C.U.P.S. strategy?

What is one thing that makes any student an accomplished KMS Kid and outstanding author? The C.U.P.S. strategy is an editing strategy that can help you become that student! All writing across the curriculum at Kittredge expects students to utilize the C.U.P.S. strategy before turning in any and all assignments.

This week, we have introduced the students to this strategy....but what does C.U.P.S. stand for?

To show KMS Quality, students are encouraged to slow down and check over their work before handing in an assignment. Teachers in all classrooms expect that students will use C.U.P.S. when editing their work. Taking pride and handing in a best effort is the first step to being a KMS Kid!
